NLP 共同創始者として、私は、「ニューコード NLP」とその日本市場における紹介に
ついて、明確なステートメントを発表したいと思います。

現在、日本市場においては、グリンダー & ボスティック認定校の日本 NLP 学院のト
レーナーだけが、今年の 4 月 と 5 月に日本 NLP 学院が主催し、私とカルメン ボ
スティックが開講する「NLP トレーナーズ トレーニング」と「NLP コーチング認
定」コースの一部としての「ニューコード NLP ワークショップ」を開講するように
私が認可した唯一のトレーナーです。NLP 共同創始者としての私の意図は、NLP プラ
クティショナーのパフォーマンスが NLP 倫理と首尾一貫するような形で、彼らの質
とベスト プラクティスを尊重し、向上させることにありました。私のこの意図は、
日本を含む国際的な NLP 市場で現在見られている資格ビジネスが支配している方向
性とは異にするものです。

この私の意図を達成する目的で、カルメン ボスティックと私は、今春日本 NLP 学院
で開講される「NLP トレーナーズ トレーニング」と「NLP コーチング認定」コース
の参加者から、高品質の NLP 実践家を輩出したいと思っています。ニューコード
NLP 共同開発者のカルメン ボスティックと私は、コース卒業者が質の高いパフォー
マンスを発揮できるように、技能的に、倫理的に最も効果的で適切なパターン一式を
彼らに教えるつもりでいます。これらのコース参加者は、私が約 30 年前に共同創始
した NLP のベスト プラクティスを後世のためにモデリングし、継承するという明確
な自覚とコミットメントをもってコースに参加することになります。

As the co-creator of NLP, I wish to make a clear statement about the New Code of NLP and its presentation in the Japanese marketplace.

At present, in the Japanese market, the trainers at the Japan NLP Academy affiliated with Grinder and Bostic are the only trainers I have authorized to hold the New Code NLP workshops as part of the forthcoming NLP Trainers Training and the NLP Coaching Certification courses held by me and Carmen
Bostic and sponsored by the Japan NLP Academy in April and in May. My intention as a co-originator of NLP, has been to respect and enhance the qualities and the best practices of the NLP ractitioners whose performance is congruent with the principles and ethics of NLP. This may be against what is currently going on in the international NLP markets including Japan, where certification business seems to be predominant. To accomplish this intention, Carmen Bostic and I intend to produce high
quality NLP practitioners from the participants of my NLP Trainers Training and NLP Coaching Certification courses held in Japan at the Japan NLP Academy of this spring. Carmen Bostic, co-developer of New Code NLP and I will teach the most effective and appropriate set of patterns to these course participants skill-wise and ethics-wise, so that they may be able to exhibit high quality performance after the courses. These participants will take part in the courses with the explicit intention and commitment to model the best practices of NLP for the following generations and further develop the technology of NLP I co-originated some 30 years ago.
